Two Word Tuesday #7: Eat Better
An apple a day keeps the doctor away… Whether or not this is true, eating an apple has to be more beneficial than munching on a bag of chips! I'm not advocating only for apples, to EAT BETTER, any fruits and vegetables you like are a positive way to start or increase the number you consume each day. We all think we eat well, but there is always room for improvement in this area, it may be helpful to think about eating better with every choice.
Do whatever it takes… Eat the rainbow, work up to five fresh servings a day, drink the juice, make a salad, roast a platter of root vegetables, just do it. Even eliminating one culprit - and you know which items you need to ditch from your diet - is a step in the right direction. Don't wait until after the holiday season, begin today and you won't be as tempted tomorrow!
Comment below and let me know how you are going to start. I'm reducing sugar - reducing - not eliminating; but I am going to cut out the red meat for a while. Your turn! :)

Other Information You Might Like: Eating well is one way of respecting your body because you love yourself. Think on that for a minute! How do you like them apples? Here is a handy Shopping List of The Best Baking Apples… I pulled out my phone to check my own list at the supermarket this past weekend. Bought Macouns to use in an apple cake recipe I'm testing for Here We Are. First version baked up pretty good, but it needs some tweaks, stay tuned!
