NOTE: To learn more about the basics of Energy Medicine, also listen to the popular HWA show Energy Medicine: The How, Why, & What of This Holistic Healing Method (original air-date July 2010). While both shows are independent of each other, the more you know about this amazing process, the more you'll want to use it!
What could be easier than protecting yourself from cold and flu season than using simple, "monetary and chemical" FREE exercises to help you stay healthy this winter? Don't worry, the exercises are simple, fast, and you don't have to go to a gym to do them! These techniques will help you with stress and keep the "highways of energy" in your body moving.
Guest, Marie-Christine Lochot, teaches us HOW-TO Tips that Energy Medicine practitioners use every day on their clients. Put them to good use to help you prevent catching a bug and stay strong this winter season. Living greener starts with your own body. Test them out and tell us what you think.
