@Ching Ya: Ahh, the dirty word, "procrastination." I think women do this even with their "T.I.M.E." Yes, starting with oneself is the easiest and most rewarding, it isn't selfish, it's necessary in order to juggle everything else.

Yes, we are the time factor, the deciding point of whether it's going to be procrastinating or a productive day. Same thing applied on how we wish to treat ourselves. It's ok to pamper ourselves, do something that will elevate our minds, relax from a hectic workload. All work and no play makes us all dull and unexciting -- familiar huh? :)

Time to make a difference, start by ourselves.

@Ruth: You are so right. Just thinking about it makes one feel good. It must have the same effect as "happy" thoughts that lower blood pressure or release endorphins, etc.

Time for myself. Just the thought makes me feel good! When I take time just for myself, no one else, I have a few favorite things: getting lost in a good book, a nice long soak in the tub, or sometimes a walk. I admit that there are times when I don't want to share my alone time and then there are other times when I just want to reconnect with friends and family and hear everything that I have been missing. Go figure!
