2. LUCIMAC Productions, LLC {the parent company of Here We Are}, is not obligated by contract or agreement to offer gifts, we reserve the right to retract this option at any time without notice.
3. To participate, you must subscribe by email & verify your subscription to Here We Are. Only verified email subscribers are eligible. {To VERIFY: Be sure to click the Feedburner link you receive in your email box after subscribing.}
4. Gifts are chosen by LUCIMAC for specific purposes and substitutions will only occur if the gift is unavailable when LUCIMAC places the order. Substitutions are at the sole discretion of LUCIMAC.
5. Recipients will be contacted at their subscription email address from Luci @ Here We Are With Luci [dot] com, using the subject line, “Gift Recipient.”
6. It is the responsibility of the recipient to provide a written acknowledgment via email to Luci @ Here We Are With Luci [dot] com within 72 hours (EST) of receiving the initial “Gift Recipient” notification email. Your acknowledgment email must include a current mailing address (PO boxes are not accepted) and phone number (for shipping purposes). NOTE: We only ship within the continental US.
7. LUCIMAC is not responsible for unopened or undelivered emails. If no response is received within the time allotted, we will randomly select another subscriber.
8. We can only ship within the continental United States. All gifts will be shipped to the address provided by the recipient directly by the company/vendor selected. LUCIMAC is not responsible for undeliverable or unclaimed mail. Any and all issues with deliveries will be the recipient’s responsibility to contact the shipping service and/or vendor as provided by LUCIMAC.
9. Upon acceptance by email, you authorize use of your first name and/or user-name along with town/state/country on the blog and any other form of publicity utilized for and about Here We Are. All other information is kept strictly confidential. Recipients will be announced on the blog in an entry announcing the gift and/or referencing the giveaway.
