We have all heard the lesson, "Patience is a virtue." This may be true, but practicing patience is not always the easiest thing. If you think of life as experiences occurring in moment to moment increments, the need to rush something lifts leaving behind peace in those moments. When patience is required, allow yourself to be a tortoise and not a hare.
